Karsten Guenther

Karsten Günther is a German Executive Producer, developing and producing series, movies and filmed entertainment across platforms. Before joining Bavaria Fiction, Karsten held various positions with Germany's leading digital publisher Axel Springer SE, heading up creative strategy and content partnerships across all media brands. Karsten is a graduate of the University of Television and Film Munich. In 2014, he was awarded the "Transmedia Prize" at the Munich Film Festival for his cross-media entertainment concept on the subject of moral courage. During this time, he worked in the series development department of Lionsgate Entertainment in the USA.
