Flying High (1931)
There is a scene in a Night Club when Lil Andrews (Jean Harlow) pushes Bill Legendre (Chester Morris) into a phone booth. The music, supposedly played by the band in the Night Club, is lifted directly from the Busby Berkeley "Dance Until the Dawn" production number in "Flying High" (1931).
