Goofs

When George is washing up while talking to Slim before going to eat, he washes his face and his neck, splashing water on his face, neck and the top of his torso; he says "it ain't so funny me and Lennie traveling together" and starts to dry his face; in the middle of him drying his face, the rest of him that was wet a split-second before, is suddenly totally dry.

When bedding down for the night at the river, George's hands change position.

When Curly's wife Mae turns on the radio, it comes on instantly. The modern technology then was vacuum tubes and required some warm-up time to operate, so the sound would have taken several seconds to produce any sound.

As George talks to Slim while washing up for supper, actor Burgess Meredith gets soap in his eyes. He squints hard but doesn't miss a beat in his dialogue.

No Goof is identified; people sometimes get soap in their eyes. If the actor had "missed a beat in his dialogue", then it would have been a Goof.

George and Lennie eat canned beans. The beans are heated before they open the cans, and they hold the cans barehanded.

At the beginning, when George and Lennie are being chased, they are running alongside a train, then climbing inside. As they run, the shadow of the camera operator, wearing a cap, can be seen against a train car.
