Stryker returns to his home town of Palm Beach to get away from the violent crime in New Orleans. A tabloid journalist, aware of Stryker's previous investigations of similar crimes in New Orleans, approaches Stryker about looking into attacks on four young rich girls in Palm Beach. The local Police Chief also attempts to recruit Stryker to help in the investigation. When the crimes escalate and hit closer to home Stryker has no choice but to pursue the investigation.

Queen Carolann of Algibal disembarks from a yacht after a party and no sooner watches as her husband King Rashid is blown up. She then hires her old friend Stryker to be her bodyguard.
