When Bill is taken by ambulance to the hospital, the one that picks him up is a Ford, but the one that arrives at the hospital is a Chevrolet.

Towards the end of the movie Bill goes home to confront his parents. When looks out the window and sees their car pull up it's night, but when he goes down stairs to greet them it's suddenly day.

When Clarissa squirts the suntan cream on Bill's face on the beach, it is in a different pattern in the next shot, and lotion smeared on his shoulder disappears between shots.

When Milo is told that Bill has been taken to the morgue, the movie cuts to a shot of someone quietly wheeling Bill's sheet-covered body away. However, when it cuts back to Bill talking to the nurse, Bill's sheet-covered body is still plainly visible behind Milo.

Time of the day is not the same when Bill asks Ferguson what's going on this week and in the shot after it where Blanchard approaches him.

Clear distinction between Nan's doll face and real one when she is morphed with Jenny and walking towards Bill.

When Milo pops a hole in Blanchard's cheek, Blanchard moves his eyelashes. He does that in the next shot of him also.

When Billy brings Blanchard's tape to his psychiatrist's home (24 minutes, 58 seconds into the film), the shadow of the boom mic is clearly visible moving across the edge of the open door.
