When Tom and Susan are at the French restaurant, Tom is fiddling with his drink and between shots his fingers move back and forth between being around the glass and on the stem.
When Tom is smoking and waiting for Dr. Lowenstein (after talking to his wife) a blond guy walks behind him, and after a change of camera the guy appears again.
Towards the end of the film, Tom is walking with Savannah along the water in New York. Despite having had cut her wrists recently, she is not wearing any bandages nor are any scars visible on her wrists.
When first in Susan's office, Tom gets up and asks if he can smoke. A camera shadow is visible on the left sleeve of his jacket.
