‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: A Thin Line Between Love And Hate
Fall spoilers hint that there may be a thin line between love and hate where Ej Dimera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Gabi are concerned.
Gabi’s heart belongs to Stefan Dimera (Brandon Barash). However, he broke it when he slept with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) while she was in prison for a crime she didn’t commit.
Gabi coerced Ej into bedroom revenge as they hit the sheets to stick it to Stefan. When Stefan found Gabi in Ej’s room, he got a taste of his own medicine.
To complicate matters, Ej saved Gabi’s life after crazy Connie Viniski (Julie Dove) planted a bomb in the not-so-secret wine cellar at the Dimera mansion.

Well, The Rookie sure knows how to cram in the maximum amount of stress and pain in 45 minutes or less!
To say The Rookie Season 6 Episode 8 was an adrenaline-inducing, nail-biter, filled to the brim with revelations, badassery, and soul-crushing moments would be an understatement.
While we already knew Monica, the second most interesting redhead to grace this series, was shady as willow tree in July, learning that she's working alongside Blair was a shock.
But that's not to say most of us weren't suspicious of Blair initially.
The Rookie tips its hat as a procedural because it can be formulaic despite all the unpredictable and intense moments.
One thing consistent about this series is that when they introduce a new recurring side character, nine times out of 10, that person is a Baddie or at least adjacent to some nefarious things.
Blair has been high on everyone's suspect list since she...

There’s a lot of great new stuff coming to Netflix in January, with over 75 titles being added to the streaming giant’s library over the course of next month. Unfortunately, it’s just the way it goes, though, that we’ve got to lose some old content to get new content and a bunch of movies and TV shows will be removed from the site across January as well. Thankfully, this coming month isn’t a huge one for losses, but there’s still a decent amount that’ll be departing.
Of course, the title that most Netflix users will be missing in January actually leaves on December 31st – The Office is being removed from the service on New Year’s Eve so that it can stream exclusively on NBC’s newly activated streaming platform Peacock. Singer-songwriter Michael Kiwanuka has released a new video for “Interlude (Loving the People),” off his most recent album, Kiwanuka.
The clip was directed by Phillip Youmans, who crafts a lush, sun-soaked portrait of youthful reverie — complete with body paint, skateboarding, and surfing — that pairs perfectly with the atmospheric, psych-tinged “Interlude.” (The track gets its parenthetical title, “Loving the People,” from a snippet of a John Lewis speech sampled at the beginning of the song.)
“Listening to ‘Interlude (Loving the People)’ feels like sunshine on my skin,” Youmans said in a statement.

The year is almost over. The Hargreeves kids have saved the world and Beth Harmon has checkmated her last opponent. But in its new releases for December 2020, Netflix still has some tricks up its sleeve.
For starters, Netflix is ending this most curious year with some promising original films. David Fincher’s long-awaited Mank arrives on Dec. 4 to fill us in on the story of Citizen Kane‘s screenwriter. Then on Dec. 11, Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman, and James Corden do their best musical impression with The Prom. Chadwick Boseman’s final film Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom debuts on Dec. 18. Then George Clooney rounds out the month with The Midnight Sky on Dec. 23.
But of course, it’s in the original series realm where Netflix does most of its work. The biggest one comes at month’s end this December. The final season of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina premieres on New Year’s Eve.

With Lovecraft Country still providing HBO and HBO Max with its horror content through October, the streamer is looking elsewhere for its spooky season offerings. HBO Max’s new releases for October 2020 feature some truly awesome horror library titles.

John Carter, the pioneering African-American film editor whose credits spanned 1968’s Paper Lion and the original The Heartbreak Kid through Lean On Me, Barbershop and Madea’s Family Reunion, died August 13 at his home in White Plains, New York. He was 95.
Carter’s death was reported by his family in a notice in The New York Times. He was the first African-American editor to join the American Cinema Editors society.
A native of Newark, New Jersey, Carter began his career with Paper Lion, the comedy-drama based on George Plimpton’s New Journalism classic chronicling the author’s first-person account of enduring a grueling Detroit Lions training camp. The film starred Alan Alda as a fictionalized Plimpton.
Prior to Paper Lion, Carter had worked for 12 years at CBS – the family says he was the first African-American film editor employed by network television in New York – finishing his career there as supervising...

Quick! You’re a Food Network Star judge watching a contestant squander a live, four-minute cooking demo by rotely listing ingredients, offering no personal anecdotes and failing to even touch upon the improv-storytelling requirements asked of him by special guest David Alan Grier. You’ve got a ridiculously easy target for elimination, right?

Humor me for a few minutes, why don’tcha…
Has Martin Lawrence given us his best work yet? The 44-year old has more than 25 films on his resume; but I’m not concerned with all 25; rather with those few films in which Lawrence stars, and that depend almost entirely on the success of his performance. So, the Bad Boys franchise doesn’t count, because he’s partnered up with an even bigger star in Will Smith, in films directed by a mega director/producer in Michael Bay, also a star in his own right.
I’m talking about films like the Big Momma’s House series, Black Knight, Rebound, and a few others. I’ll throw A Thin Line Between Love And Hate to that list – a film that I only recently found out, while re-watching it over the weekend, Martin also wrote and directed! I had no idea he’d helmed any projects.

Hey, if he can get on the same stage with his D-Block rivals, 50 Cent can share the screen with former love interest Vivica A. Fox. The actress appears in 50's new video for "Do You Think About Me." In the clip, a distraught, crying Fox might literally blow up the spot if you mess with her emotions.
In the video, Fox walks in a restaurant and sees Fif with his new girl, actress Tamala Jones. Vivica's character goes into a tizzy, slashing tires, stabbing voodoo dolls of the G-Unit General and, at the end, bringing C-4 to his door. Throughout the video, we also see real photos of the two when they were together as a couple, including during the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards.
