The release "gritfrombray-1" is talking about is an edited version of the film. In the 90's they cut the movie run time by ten minutes so they could re-release it with a cover featuring Patricia Kennedy and a random clip of her inserted into the movie. Since then, all versions I've found of this movie no longer have the Patricia Kennedy clip, but they have never restored the trimmed footage. Both the Kascha scene and the Carol Cummings / Bionca scene start out with some undressing and foreplay instead of the "BAM"-you're-in-the-sex-scene versions you find in all available releases so far. I've bought the film in VHS and DVD versions and they're identical in runtime - 72 minutes, versus the 82 minutes that IAFD lists for the movie. I'd not know any of this if I hadn't had a bootlegged version of the movie recorded to an old Beta tape given to me when I was a teenager.
What a drag it is getting old.
