At the start of the chase when McElroy and DeSuza get in to the red Jaguar and turn round, you can clearly see damage to the front headlight and bodywork before the car has even bumped in to anything.
While inside the parking garage, Dakota is driving a 1967 Mustang convertible. When she emerges from the parking garage and throws her blond wig away, she is driving a 1965-1966 Mustang.
When Dakota is driving to Vegas and talking to the Lizard on the phone, you can see the telephone poles passing by to her left. Then we see an aerial shot of her pulling over, and the telephone poles are on her right. When she turns around and the aerial shot pulls back, you can see the telephone poles are only on one side of the road, and would not have been visible to her left when she was driving the other way.
When making the jump onto the garbage barge, the Jaguar's hood is shown lifting. It is down in a close-up of the passengers, and then open again in the next shot.
When Felix and McElroy jump the Jaguar onto the garbage barge, you can clearly see that there is nobody there. Then, after the car comes to a stop and they get out, Popeye and his crew are just sitting there, a few feet away on the same garbage piles they crashed into.
When they are in the box at Anfield (the Liverpool football club stadium) their box looks out across the centenary stand, suggesting that their box is in the main stand. However, there are no executive boxes in the main stand, the box would have to have been located in the centenary stand, making the view from their box impossible.
Though Elmo McElroy describes the pattern on his kilt as "the tartan of my former slave masters," the kilt that Samuel L. Jackson wears in character is actually patterned in the hunting tartan of the Clan MacGillivray, NOT that of the Clan McElroy.
When Felix and McElroy go into the pub in Manchester, the sign outside says Manchester United vs Liverpool, suggesting that the game was being played at Manchester United's home, Old Trafford, whereas it's actually being played at Anfield, Liverpool's home stadium.
When Dakota buys weapons from Iki, she buys a Ruger Mini-14 (.223 caliber), CZ-83 and Beretta pistols, both 9MM. After The Lizard tells her to kill everyone but Elmo, she reaches down for ammunition and all she has is 2 boxes of 38 Special, a revolver round.
When Dakota and Felix are fooling around in the bath-tub, they throw their underpants onto the floor. Yet Felix still is wearing white underpants, visible for some seconds when he's turning around in the tub.
When DeSouza and McElroy are being chased in the red Jaguar, you can see that there are pyrotechnics under the car as it pulls of the sidewalk.
The scrap men say they have a Cooper they can swap for his jaguar. The mini they get it an Austin mini 998cc and is NOT a Cooper.
When Iky presents the weapons to Dakota in the hangar, a shadow is visible on the right-hand side of the bench on which the weapons are placed. As the camera moves backwards, so does the shadow, indicating it belongs to either team or equipment.
When Elmo and Felix are driving around Liverpool, they go from Liverpool town center to Old Swan (about 4 miles away), then back to the town center in a matter of seconds.
When Elmo and Iki are talking in the stadium box during the final match, you can see the boom mic drop in the scene for a second.
When Blowfish (Stephen Walters' character) comes into the pharmacy (50:25), the boom mic's pole can be visible in the top right corner.
