At the start of the chase when McElroy and DeSuza get in to the red Jaguar and turn round, you can clearly see damage to the front headlight and bodywork before the car has even bumped in to anything.
While inside the parking garage, Dakota is driving a 1967 Mustang convertible. When she emerges from the parking garage and throws her blond wig away, she is driving a 1965-1966 Mustang.
When Dakota is driving to Vegas and talking to the Lizard on the phone, you can see the telephone poles passing by to her left. Then we see an aerial shot of her pulling over, and the telephone poles are on her right. When she turns around and the aerial shot pulls back, you can see the telephone poles are only on one side of the road, and would not have been visible to her left when she was driving the other way.
When making the jump onto the garbage barge, the Jaguar's hood is shown lifting. It is down in a close-up of the passengers, and then open again in the next shot.
