Mumbai, Feb 12 (Ians) On the grand finale stage of “Bigg Boss 16”, former contestant Gautam Singh Vig and actress Ameesha Patel grooved to the song “Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai” from the 2000 film of the same name.

Host Salman Khan introduced Gautam as the Hrithik from “Bigg Boss 16” house and revealed that he wanted to meet Ameesha. The actress asked what qualities he shares with the Bollywood star.

To which, the “Dabangg” star said that Gautam dances really well.

Ameesha and Gautam were then seen dancing on the song, originally picturised on Hrithik Roshan and her.

Mumbai, March 22 (Ians) Eminent writer-filmmaker Sagar Sarhadi, who breathed life into emotional roller coasters of Bollywood in the late 70s and the 80s, is no more. He breathed his last at his residence in the the city following age-related ailments. He was 88.

Poet, lyricist, scriptwriter Javed Akhtar tweeted: "Sagar Sarhadi a veteran theater and film writer who wrote films like Kabhi Kabhi, Noori and directed Baazaar has passed away. My heart felt condolences to the late bachelor's nephew Ramesh Talwar."

Sarhadi passed away late Sunday night after several days in ICU, media reports said.

"Saddened to hear about the demise of Veteran Writer and Director Sagar Sarhadi. My thoughts and prayers with the family. Heartfelt Condolences," tweeted Supriya Sule, Ncp MP.

Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff confirmed the death sharing a monochrome picture on social media, which he captioned: "Will Miss You...... R.I.P."

Mumbai, Jan 5 (Ians) Playback singer Chandana Dixit has recalled the time when she was lost out a song to the legendary Asha Bhosle in a Hrithik Roshan film.

The year was 2000, and the song in question is "Jaaneman jaaneman" in Hrithik's debut film "Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai", which would go on to become a blockbuster.

"The first dubbing I did was for the somng 'Husn hain suhana' (in the 1995 release 'Coolie No. 1') and my voice was retained in the final cut. That is how I started my journey in Bollywood playback singing. From then on, my voice was never replaced by any singers except for once. There was that song 'Jaaneman janeman' in 'Kaho Na... Pyaar Hai'. I believe initially Asha ji recorded the song. I do not know why the music directors called me in the studio and asked me to sing the song.

The Hrithik Roshan-Karisma Kapoor starrer Fiza released 20 years ago on this day, and the two stars took to social media to reminisce about shooting for the film.

Karisma, who played the title role in the film, shared a few old pictures from the set on Instagram Stories and wrote: "Making movies. #Fiza."

Mumbai, Dec 14: Sussanne, Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan's wife of 13 years, Saturday said their separation is based on their "individual choices". But, they will continue to care for each other and for their two sons.

"We are two individuals who respect and care for each other and have made our own individual choices," Sussanne said in a statement Saturday.

The duo was dating for four years before they tied the knot Dec 20, 2000 post the success of Hrithik's debut film "Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai". They have two sons - Hrehaan and Hridhaan.

Chennai, Nov 11: Actor-filmmaker Rakesh Roshan said Monday he is planning a "Krrish 3" sequel but in future will work with Hrithik on a fresh script outside the "Krrish" franchise.
