The film centers around the sexual relationship between an American, a sister and brother. There are incestuous overtones and there is a lot of full-frontal nudity, played by the actors Louis Garrell, Michael Pitt and Eva Green.

Matthew is sucking Isabelle's toe and the camera moves from there to her face, revealing her genitals, pubic hair and both breasts in the process. There is an extreme close up of her genitals for an elongated period of time. Matthew kisses her pubic area and then moves up to kiss her breast.

Isabelle is lying naked. Her labia, pubic hair and small part of breasts are visible.
