The opening credits appear on the screen in the fashion of text typed and displayed on a very early computer, during scenes showing events taking place a decade before the time the film is set in.
Prologue: "In 1951, British intelligence discovered that the Russians had successfully penetrated their organization at the highest levels. However, the full extent of the damage and how it might affect the Cold War wouldn't be fully understood until more than a decade later."
