The action is set in the USA, but the bus in the hostage scene is right-hand drive and the door is on the left. This configuration is not used in the USA, but in South Africa where it was filmed.
When the slipstream device is used on the aircraft, as we see the bullet leaving Sarah's chest, there are a few papers flying through the air behind the bullet. The papers fly by the screen while the bullet is still going backwards towards the gun it was fired from. This would indicate that the papers were flying faster than the bullet, which, given the physics of the scene, is next to impossible.
As the SWAT helicopter arrives at the hostage bus you can see that the freeway is a short strip of road ending in dirt
When the getaway van is driving away, the camera's shadow can be seen in the vehicle in front of the van.
When the Robbers are making their getaway in the van and talking, you can clearly see a boom mic at the very top of the screen.
