The film tells the story of a group of thieves in Istanbul who are confused and confusedly trying to get "organized". You know how you sometimes wonder, "How can I have fun so easily in such a complicated business?" Organize Isler provides the best answer to this.
Aziz Vefa (Yilmaz Erdogan), who plays the lead role, introduces himself as a thief who does organized business, but being so "involved" is not easy. What he does best is get into trouble and then get out of it by saying, "This is the organization of a business!" There is always a mishap, things go wrong all the time, but Aziz Vefa and his gang shout, "Having fun and laughing even when everything is going wrong, this is a way of life!"
A Gang, A Plan, But Constant Mistakes!
Each member of the gang manages to complicate each other even more with the strange events they experience. Even the most "planned" theft goes so wrong that it makes you say, "So much preparation, so much planning!" But things get so complicated that eventually everyone starts making an "Organized Business" plan in each other's minds. But of course, even though they are so organized, things still "start all over again!" One of our favorite characters, Murat (Ozan Güven), is a great thief on one hand, and a man who constantly gets into trouble on the other! So, whenever they try to do a proper job, you say, "How could there be so many mistakes?"
The Subtleties of Laughing at Theft!
Instead of approaching the dramatic structure of theft and organized crime with plenty of funny characters, the film operates entirely with the logic of "In a world where everything can be a mistake, everything can be funny!" Organized Business shows us a fun side of theft. Every plan, every robbery, every "organized" scam is watched as if it were a comedy show. For example, while the leading actors think "how can I do everything better?" everything suddenly comes to the point of "What did we do? What's happening?!" But "Plan C" is always a backup plan.
