The Ocean Group dub of this installment in the Powerpuff Girls franchise was actually intended for the audiences outside of the United States. A separate dub for the American audience was in the works, with the approval from Craig McCracken, but never came to fruition.
In the (Euro-Canadian) dub, Ken Kitazawa is voiced by Cathy Weseluck, who would eventually co-star with Bubbles' original voice actress Tara Strong in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic (2010).
As of 2020, this is the only installment in the entire Powerpuff Girls franchise that wasn't voiced in Los Angeles. In fact, most of the voice actors involved in the (Euro-Canadian) dub never worked in the franchise again.
