Long live for The Grain!

The Grain is a movie in place. Imaging. There is a concern too - but beneficial - by the director Petrus Cariry to show the environment. The whole. Show the spectator beautiful landscape images and the reality from a not so nice way. The general plan is widely used, and the plan-full. Focusing on characters and locations. More rare are the first plans. Each image of the film could be frozen and become a beautiful picture. The feeling is that which is before recording, each scene was carefully planned and adapt to a perfect mesh of elements. Petrus Cariry shoot the action with the camera static, and after it has happened, and sometimes its entirety until now left the scene, the camera still there, stopped, recording the location.
