Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha Box Office: Worst Opening Of Ajay Devgn (Photo Credit – YouTube)
Ajay Devgn had a box office resurgence as he embarked upon a new journey when he opened the decade with a blockbuster like Tanhaji: The Unsung Hero. The actor’s ability to adapt to the changing dynamics of the industry played a crucial role in determining his success in Drishyam 2, and Shaitaan majorly.
In fact, Ajay’s presence in Rrr and Gangubai Kathiawadi worked like a charm at the box office as well. However, while it was being speculated that the actor would continue the winning streak, he hit the lowest with his most anticipated release, Maidaan.
Ajay Devgn’s Worst Box Office Performance
Maidaan probably would be Ajay Devgn‘s worst box office performance in the post-pandemic era, especially since the film was highly anticipated. Clashing with Akshay Kumar’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,...

Kangana Ranaut has been openly critical of award shows, dismissing them as Trp-driven events where stars perform in exchange for awards. Emraan Hashmi, who also avoids these ceremonies, discussed his views on a podcast interview with Subhankar Mishra, and seemed to indirectly comment on Kangana’s stance.
When asked about his thoughts on award shows and if he considered them as pointless as Kangana does, Emraan responded, “Kyuki mila band ho gaya phir uske baad? Mujhe ek award mila I forget… for which I went to the award ceremony and mujhe iske baad iss cheez ka ek value pata chali ki iske peeche game kya hein. Agar aap perform kar rahe hein woh ek baat he… it is essentially a barter deal.” He suggested that perhaps Kangana’s criticism emerged after she stopped receiving awards. Sultan Of Delhi (Disney+Hotstar; 9 Episodes)
Starring Tahir Raj Bhasin, Mouni Roy, Anjum Sharma, Vinay Pathak, Anupriya Goenka, Nishant Dahiya, Mehreen Pirzada , Harleen Sethi
Directed by Milan Luthria, Suparn Verma
Once upon a time, Milan Luthria directed a film about gangsters called Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai. Not that it was any great shakes. But compared to Luthria’s new homage to gangsterism, it was a masterpiece.
The new monsterpiece stretching into nine episodes should have never been made. It is hideously bad in plotting and woefully inadequate in execution. The sets are tacky: a refugee camp in the opening episode looks like a college canteen.
Dull and cheesy, it establishes an immediate yawn sumbandh with the audience, provided there is an audience for these tales glorifying gangsters and sociopaths who should ideally be placed in the trashcan of anonymity.

Actor Anjumm Shharma, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming streaming series ‘Sultan of Delhi’, has said that life has come full circle for him with the show. Bambai Meri Jaan
Starring Kay Kay Menon, Avinash Tiwary, Kritika Kamra, Nivedita Bhattacharya, Amyra Dastur
Directed by Shujaat Saudagar
One thing about the enduring interest in lives of smugglers and gangsters: they provided a lot of employment to Mumbai’s population back in the 1960s, 70s and 80s when they were active; they continue to provide employment to actors and technicians who are part of these never-ending sanguinary sagas of nebulous loyalties and sticky alliances.
Bambai Meri Jaan based on S. Hussain Zaidi’s Dongri to Dubai: Six Decades of the Mumbai Mafia is a slowburn crime thriller with criminal characters trapped in a sordid system that fosters treachery. At a running time of almost ten hours, it gives us a lot of time to think for an answer to that ultimate crime conundrum: does crime pay? How much did Excel Entertainment make out of this deal. By the way?...

“Life isn’t measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the number of moments that take your breath away”. Bollywood’s music has been around 89 years going into 2020 and it’s been taking our breath away for however long we’ve been listening to it. Everyone has a favourite singer, music director and genre which defines for them the perfect song. This of course makes a list of the best songs of the decade a difficult task as they are so subjective to each person. There’s so many perfect songs in Bollywood! Thus, below is a list of some of the great songs of the decade!
2010
‘Pee Loon’ – Once Upon a Time in Mumbai
Music: Pritam – Singer: Mohit Chauhan
Overalapping sounds, lightly classical and a love story blossoming… so simple a formula but this song shows why it continues to work. Mohit is sublime backed by Pritam’s instrumentation.

Milan’s films always have sequences involving horses, like the iconic horse race in Once upon a time in Mumbaai. The director is a passionate horse lover, rider and racing enthusiast.
For his upcoming film Baadshaho, Milan came up with a unique sequence, which he executed himself. A Tragedy Queen. Wild Child. Karma Chameleon. Woman of Substance. Kangana Ranaut has had a meteoric rise and emerged as the dark horse of the industry, creating a unique irreplaceable identity for herself.
The actress who hailed from a small town, traveled a long way with big dreams of being a superstar, and has successfully managed to do so on her own terms.
Unconventional and eccentric, Kangana never shieds away from experimenting and shedding her skin to transform into her memorable characters. While she showed tremendous promise in films like Life in a Metro and Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai, Kangana defied stereotypes with films like Fashion and Tanu Weds Manu. The actress also stole the show in Krrish 3, as she metamorphosed into the edgy Kaya, and then went on to cement her position as possibly the best actress of her generation with Queen, for which she won a National Award.

Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi, who has done sole as well as multi-starrer movies and seen success in both, at an interview said that he does get slightly insecure with the situation in multi-starrers.
When asked Emraan what is his approach when he does a multi-starrer film with big stars, he said, "I think for every actor, even for me, it comes with its baggage. Someone who is senior to you, who has been around for longer and who has seen probably more successful films, you do get slightly insecure with the situation. But that doesn't deter you from not doing the film. What I realized about Ajay (Devgn) is that he doesn't really carry his stardom around like this, that was a very heartening thing for me because sometimes he feels the scene is yours, he will give the scene off to you. So I never had a perception in that scene,...
