During Pete's memorial, when Samantha reads from Pete's journal, Jay says, "Clever girl," with an accent. This is a quote from Jurassic Park, which Jay had referenced in an earlier scene.

Goofs
Pete, in instructing his scouts states, "never notch an arrow when someone is downra..." The correct word is "nock." One "nocks" an arrow, not "notches."

Much better than I expected

After watching the UK version, I thought I should give US version a try. I did not have any expectations just like I do not have anything on US tv.

However, honestly, this is not a simple remake of the UK version, they have their style so far.

I hope the second season will hold up as well.

And this episode, which was also emotional in the original version, does not disappoint.

Fun to watch.
