In the final battle scene Michael begs Dionne to get in the car and drive to hospital. But he had already shown that in battle he could grab people in an instant and take them anywhere and be straight back. Considering the whole season was about saving Dionne's life it was odd he didn't just teleport her to safety then head straight back.
Rodney is just super-light speed running. However, this could be only possible in open space and not hopping in or leaving his room where at least the door would be something he bumps in or getting through destroying it.
