Goofs

The warehouse is on Obispo, however the GPS that Jeremy pulls out of the SUV says "Obsipo" when he scrolls down for previous addresses..

When Jeremy is approaching the building to get into search Gether's office which is in California, the "Pan American Life" sign monument is clearly seen in the background. Pan American Life is headquartered in New Orleans.

When Talia is giving the shooting lesson to Jeremy, the amount of rain falling varies noticeably between shots.

At the end of the film, when lieutenant Cella (Willis) and the officer Westlake (Bonnie Somerville) are removing from the clipboard the pictures of the Hagan's case, last picture that Westlake takes is the one of the man bold with beard. In the next sequence the picture is still there and is Cella the one that removes it out again.

When Talia and Jeremy are shooting. Six cans are set up. He shoots nine times, he hits three cans but you can hear him hit four cans. There are three cans left on the log. Talia shoots five times and hits all five but there were only supposed to be three on the log. Then Jeremy shoots again the "three remaining cans" and hits all three. Total of eleven(visual)/twelve (audible) cans shot.

When a building catches fire, the people inside do not spontaneously combust as was depicted. For that to happen, the would have to have had some type of accelerant on their clothing.

Using a Taser on someone does not knock them out.

The fire at the end of the film (and this is done is almost every other movie that shows a fire) would have killed everyone within two minutes with thick, black smoke, not to mention the intense heat, and the whole interior of the building would be in pitch darkness.

In the opening credits, Hagan is shown against a lineup wall with his height and weight. The sign lists him as 6'2" when the backdrop clearly indicates he is approximately 6' 4.75" tall.

The interior of the Volkswagen Passat does not correspond with the original Passat B5 (visible when driving off after the target practice). As one can see, the lining on the door panels are very loose and oversized as well as the roof lining appearing very loose.

The credit for Accommodations is misspelled as Accomodations.

David Hagan has a height of 6' 2" when getting booked. Vincent D'Onofrio is 6' 3½".

When Hagan is fighting with Jeremy in the warehouse he picks up his revolver to kill Jeremy you hear the sound of the hammer being cocked, but when you see the gun the hammer is not cocked.

The gas station that is supposed to be in Long Beach has a Louisiana Lotto sign next to the door frame.

A protected witness whose identity had been compromised would never be taken back to a location where he had property stored, much less left alone. Deputy US Marshals would retrieve the property.

Even in liberal California, a gun thug with the record stated for Hagan would never be granted bail in a double homicide.
