After entering the bathroom, Annika starts filling the tub. When Mitch throws her in the tub, a minute has passed, at most, and the bath is completely filled with water.

Sharif's mistress is shot in her hotel room by a man with an automatic weapon. She falls dead on her back in the middle of the room. Later she is shown on the side of the room with her right leg up on a chair. She would have had to have been moved to that spot and someone would have to place her leg on the chair.

When Ghost steps out of the van, he only steps out one step before shooting the two backup guards, but when Hurley later watches it on TV, the replay shows Ghost stepping four steps out of the van before shooting the guards.

When Anika shoots herself, in the first scene when she falls to the ground, her head is far away from the water path, in the next scene, when Mitch is standing over her, her head is right next to the water path.

When Mitch goes after the ghost after freeing Hurley, there is a burn on Hurley's shoulder that doesn't bleed, later when Hurley is in the helicopter to rescue Mitch, the bandaged area is covered in blood.

When the bomb has been identified as being near the Navy fleet, they do not change course out to sea to distance themselves from the threat.

A nuclear bomb would not cause the implosion effect shown or anything like it. In nuclear weapon design the term "implosion" is used to refer to designs that uses a primary fission trigger and a secondary fission section. The implosion component of the detonation lasts less than a millionth of a second and is entirely contained to the device.

The only time Navy ships are in such close formation are for photo ops.

After the Ghost kills the five Russians and the two Polish policemen, the news reader describing the incident says the police believe the weapon used was a Glock 29, which is absurd for two reasons.

Firstly, the type of weapon used is almost impossible to divine forensically when the only evidence left to examine are the slugs in the victims and the shell casings left behind. Unless the ammo is exotic or the firing pin leaves a highly distinctive mark on the primers, there's not much left behind to tell the investigator what firearm was used in the crime without an eyewitness who knows their guns, and in this case, any eyewitness would have described a pistol bearing no resemblance to any weapon ever made by Glock.

Secondly, the Glock 29 is chambered for 10mm, and the Ghost was firing a Smith & Wesson 5906, which is chambered in 9mm. You'd have to a monumentally sloppy investigator to miss a detail that glaringly obvious, and you'd have to be a fool to mistake a 10mm, which is used by very few shooters, and a 9mm, which is used by police and military all over the planet.

Moreover, in the absence of security footage, the police would not have any idea what pistol fired the very common 9mm rounds used in the commission of these killings. Luckily for investigators, they need not work in the absence of security footage since there was plenty of curiously useful CCTV footage of the shooting and the shooter, even if you only consider the footage the media had collected. They would only need to watch the CCTV footage the news reader was airing to see the exact weapon the Ghost was using, which clearly bears no resemblance to a Glock.

Turkish car plate numbers start with 2-digit numbers, 1-3 digit letters and 3-4 digit numbers. Plate numbers appeared in the movie with all letters.

When on the boat headed out to sea. it is stated that the 6th fleet is 25 miles out. Ghost sets the bomb for twenty minutes. It took at least 3-4 minutes to get out of the sewers and get the boat going. That means he had about 21 minutes to go 25 miles, or, to even get within 5 miles, 21 minutes to go 21 miles. He would have to average 60mph or faster to get close enough to be within a 5 mile circle to annihilate the 6th fleet. No way was he going that fast. Rapp could have dropped the nuke in the water and they would have been fine.

That Donzi-type boat is capable of speeds considerably faster than 60 mph, also Rapp didn't know that dropping the nuke overboard was an option until he was ordered to.

At the firing range, one of Rapp's weapons is an H&K UMP, an automatic weapon. Most civilian firing ranges do not allow the use of automatic weapons or, for that matter, rapid fire.

There is no way at all that the commander of the carrier group that is under attack would accept an order from someone completely unknown and not part of his chain of command yet they stand-down when Kennedy tells them to do so.

Not unknown at all. She, Hurley, the CIA, the commander and the Navy brass were all linked in and she had the satellite imagery, and so the best info.

When the opening engagement scene is being filmed on the protagonist's camera, it's clear in several scenes that the screen is either blank (indicating that nothing is being filmed) or the screen has a photo on it which is not what is front of the camera lens.

That whole sequence was Rapp's nightmare, reliving the shootings. Any discrepancies are in his dream.

Annika claims the rogue Iranians want a nuclear war with Israel. That makes no sense on several levels but especially since in this film, Iran has no nuclear weapons other than the one being built during the film by the terrorists.

Almost everything (colors, tags, etc.) about the Istanbul gendarmes uniform is wrong.

On the wall behind the Iranian officials in the embassy scene, you can see the photos of two people who are clearly not Iranian, and one of them seems to be Gaddafi, the former president of Libya. In the Iranian embassy, only the photos of the current and former leaders of the country and the current president are installed.

Ashani claims that the Iranians hired an Iranian physicist, yet supposed to be Iranian physicist speaks with an obvious Afghan accent before he gets killed. Also, when General Rostami is speeching in the news at the end of the movie, he does not have the accent of an Iranian, whose native language is Farsi.

Scenes supposedly filmed in Turkey clearly haven't been as none of the vehicles have Turkish number plates, and (other than the mistress of Sharif) none of them actually speak Turkish fluently. None of the shots after the Galata Bridge scene are in Turkey.

When a hoist from the Huey picks up Rapp from the boat, the hoist is on the right side of the copter in all shots except the final view, and then the hoist is on the left side of the aircraft and none is visible on the right.

When going to meet Hurley, the caption reads "Roanoke Valley." However, the viewers sees lots of tall spruces. The entire Blue Ridge Mountain range in Virginia (in which the Roanoke Valley is part) is full of deciduous trees and precious few pines.

Pine makes up 20% of Virginia's forests.

The nuclear bomb explodes underwater, creating a megatsunami. Megatsunami are different from regular tsunami, given that they are caused by massive explosions or landslides instead of earthquakes. Megatsunami are also are generally much bigger than regular tsunami. A few minutes after the explosion, all evidence of the megatsunami has disappeared. In real life, it would have hit the mainland and sweep several kilometers inland.

The building shown as the Iranian embassy in London is not the building of this embassy at all. There are two large green spaces on both sides of the Iranian embassy building, and there is no building on the opposite side of the street where this embassy is located.

The opening scene on the beach supposed to be Ibiza, Spain. The shown beach is clearly not Ibiza and as stated in the filming locations it's actually Phukett, Thailand.

Firing a weapon next to someone's head can (and often does) cause permanent hearing loss. It would be an asinine training maneuver to risk serious injury to a trainee by discharging a handgun within several feet of them.

During the news broadcast about Ghost killing the men in the van and square in Warsaw "all seven men were shot with a single weapon believed to be a Glock 29" Its clear the weapon was chrome in color (actually was a Smith &Wesson 5609 9X19mm) Glock 29 is black and doesn't come chambered in 9X19mm.

A request from Hurley to the pilot - "Get me on that boat's bandwidth." The correct description to establish contact with a ship or craft with a radio is 'channel'. VHF is the frequency band that would be used in this case.

The liquor flask that Hurley gives to Ashani is Hurley's, but after drinking from it, Ashani puts it in his coat pocket.

When Mitch is getting drinks at the bar and looks back to wave at Katrina, the same guy walks by twice.
