Taking the show back to Brooklyn leads to a truly powerful climax, as the levity of the "Tulsa King" format gives way to serious business and Stallone at his very best.

There's plenty of story material here, including some harsh reality coming to Sly's minions in Tulsa who have opened up a hornet's nest by their violent showdown with the bikers. The script deftly covers in concise scenes the principal characters there, while focusing intently on Sly's old family wounds back home, especially with his estranged daughter Tina. The ensemble acting is very fine, but it is Sly's combination of understatement and amazing forcefulness that makes this by far the standout segment of the series to date.
