With Halloween officially over, it’s time for Christmas movies. While the Hallmark+ streaming app has hundreds of holiday movies, some of their favorites from 2023 are not yet on the app but have been added to Netflix.

Hallmark Channel officially launched the 15th annual Countdown to Christmas event in October (full schedule here), with new movies airing each weekend and holiday movies now streaming 24/7. However, if looking for the below, which star some of the fan favorites Hallmark stars including Andrew Walker, Bethany Joy Lenz, Kris Polaha, Lacey Chabert and Jonathan Bennett, they’re now available to stream on Netflix.

It looks like Netflix will be the home of Lacey Chabert this holiday season. In addition to premiering Lacey’s first movie for the network, Hot Frosty, they will be streaming 10 Hallmark Christmas movies during its 2024 holiday season. Best of all, nine of the 10 are from 2023, and three star Lacey. Here are all the details.

Hallmark fans are excited about Lacey Chabert’s first Netflix movie, Hot Frosty. This Christmas movie will be premiering on Wednesday, November 13. However, subscribers will be able to see Lacey and other favorite Hallmark stars like Bethany Joy Lenz, and Kristoffer Polaha.

On Tuesday, What’s On Netflix revealed that Netflix will be streaming 10 Hallmark Christmas movies as part of its 2024 holiday season programming. All but one premiered in 2023. Three of these movies star Hallmark Christmas Queen Lacey Chabert.

The network’s annual “Countdown to Christmas” lineup has been organized, with 47 all-new original movies across the Hallmark Channel, streamer Hallmark+’s “The Very Merry Holiday Collection” and Hallmark Mystery’s “Miracles of Christmas”.

The 15th iteration of the Hallmark Channel’s festive slate kicks off on October 18 on the Hallmark Channel with all-new movies every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 8 p.m. on the Hallmark channel and Thursdays at 8 p.m. on Hallmark Mystery, with a Wednesday 8 p.m. launch Thanksgiving week. The TV movie follows Kate Gabriel (Rachel Skarsten), a commercial pilot looking forward to spending her holiday break flying the Sharpe family on a luxurious vacation to Switzerland. During the flight, a snowstorm forces her to land at a small airport in Maritimes, Canada.

Although hesitant to divert the plane, Oliver Macleod (Andrew Walker), the pragmatic Air Traffic Control Officer, guides them to the nearby (and very real) Christmas Island, their safest option. Fate does its thing bringing Kate and Oliver closer together as they help the Sharpe family make the best of things by partaking in some local holiday traditions. Spoiler Alert: It’s probably a love connection.
