No, Tetsuya Nomura has confirmed in June 2018 that Kingdom Hearts III will not be getting a Final Mix version. This is due to the fact that the latest gaming systems have the ability of online connectivity to provide updates from either patches to fix errors or DLC. The later release of the Re Mind DLC in January 2020 would add similar material to that of the Final Mix versions such as new cutscenes and new boss battles.
The previous Final Mix versions for Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep were all about making improvements to make them the more definite versions of their original counterparts (much like with the coming DLC for KHIII), though they were originally Japanese-only releases prior to the PS3 HD Collections.
