Due to an online petition, NBC is airing all 13 episodes (including those unaired) on their website.
On March 6, 2015, NBC canceled the series after five low-rated episodes. On March 12, 2015, NBC confirmed that the series would move online, where the remaining episodes will be shown.
Based on an Israeli drama called The Gordin Cell (2012) (Gordin's Cell), created by Ron Leshem produced by YES - the Israeli satellite TV provider.
The title of the series as it morphs into Russian in the opening credits does not exactly translate as 'allegiance' but rather can be translated as 'devotion'.
