There's a brief scene in an altered flashback/vision which features a man mining stone, with blood seeping out of it. The person witnessing is suddenly struck by nine other men with pickaxes. It cuts immediately on impact.

A teenage boy is confronted by a burnt and mangled lady inside of a pool. Her body is almost burnt down to the bone.

A woman is violently mangled and scratched by a teenager. Deep bloody wounds is seen on her lab coat, face, and body. The lady then stabs the teenager in the shin, no blood can be visible due to the color of her pants.

A pretty violent fight scene involving all of the main teens fighting against a huge black bear, revealed to be the supposed "tornado" that killed her father.

One scene a character sees snowing blood and has this blood covering her hands.

A woman is chewed up and eaten by a large bear. It is pretty grissly (excuse the pun) but also fairly dark / hard to see. Later a boy pours out a boot full of blood.

A man's face is torn with skin hanging off. The same man brands a young girl. There is quite a bit of screaming - it is quite terrifying and torturous.

A bear the size of a building attacks and tries to eat people.

Magik teleports into a hallway and slices up a bunch of smiley men into pieces.

Rahne pops out of a air duct and lands on Dr. Reyes scratching her face and stabbing her in her side.

Characters throughout the movie experience events recreating their traumatic experiences, many of these moments are intense and disturbing.

Each of the mutants live through their greatest fears, most of which involved the deceased from their lives trying to hurt them.

A character known as the 'Smiley Man' appears in a handful of scenes. He looks and moves a lot like Slenderman, but just with eyes and a mouth

Lots of scary scenes. Not what you expect from a PG 13 movie.
