When Detective Jeff Anderson revisits his apartment, first time after the death of his wife, when he goes up the stairs, the sound of his footsteps doesn't match that of the surface he is stepping on. The sound is somewhat similar to that of walking on concrete outside, not to that of a polished marble staircase.
When Detective Jeff Anderson leaves the hospital after discussing with Captain Kelly Alderman, Anderson's car is filmed from above. The shot was taken by a drone which moves at the same speed to that of the car, and since it's almost noon, you can see the shadow of the drone that was filming the scene, near the car on the road (to the left of the car).
