Netflix’s “It’s What’s Inside” is the body-swapping thriller that sparked a bidding war at Sundance, and it’s finally streaming for all to see. And you’re probably going to want to see it a couple of times, because the ensemble cast is constantly rotating through characters, leaving the audience to keep up with who’s who — and in who’s body — at what point in the film.

Fear the Invisible Man was released on VOD outlets today, June 13.

It’s not an official Universal Studios horror movie, mind you, but Wells’ The Invisible Man is a classic tale that’s in the public domain, allowing for indie productions such as this one.

There are few names as synonymous with horror as Wes Craven's. This is the man who gifted us "A Nightmare on Elm Street," which gave us one of horror's all-time slasher villains in the form of Freddy Kreuger. He's also the man who, when it was all but dead, saved the slasher genre in remarkable fashion with the meta "Scream" in 1996. For as much as "Elm Street" was his calling card, it's easy to argue now that "Scream" is his greatest legacy. To that end, it's perhaps fitting that Craven's final movie (even if that wasn't the plan) was 2011's "Scream 4."

Wes Craven was an American director, writer, producer, and actor. He was best known for his work in the horror genre, particularly with his iconic films A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) and Scream (1996). His career spanned over 40 years and he was credited with almost 70 films during his lifetime.

Craven was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1939. He attended Wheaton College where he studied English and Philosophy before transferring to Johns Hopkins University to pursue a degree in Writing. After graduation he worked as a professor of humanities at Clarkson College of Technology before pursuing his passion for filmmaking.

Craven directed several cult-classics throughout his career such as The Hills Have Eyes (1977), The Serpent and the Rainbow (1988), New Nightmare (1994) and more recently My Soul to Take (2010). In addition to directing horror films, Craven wrote several scripts for television series such as The Twilight Zone and Tales from the Darkside.

Fox’s 9-1-1 finally returns from its three-month midseason break with season six episode 10, “In a Flash.” The spring premiere airs Monday, March 6, 2023 at 8pm Et/Pt and finds the 126 slammed after a storm hits the city.

Exclusive: Millennium Media’s sci-fi thriller Subservience, starring Megan Fox (Transformers) and Michele Morrone (365 Days), is rounding out cast with Madeline Lima (Californication), Matilda Firth (Hullraisers), Andrew Whipp (Outlander) and newcomer Jude Greenstein.

As previously announced, the film will be directed by S.K. Dale (Till Death), with a screenplay written by Will Honley (Escape Room: Tournament of Champions) and April Maguire (Lost Girls). Filming started this weekend in Bulgaria at Millennium’s Nu Boyana Studio.

The film is about a struggling father (Morrone) who purchases a domestic Sim (Fox) to help care for his house and family but the Sim gains awareness and turns deadly.

French production and distribution house Studiocanal has partnered with 300 and Sin City author, director and producer Frank Miller to develop the six-part series Corto Maltese, adapted from Italian author Hugo Pratt’s popular comic book.

Miller is the creator, writer and executive producer of the project. Studiocanal holds the rights to Corto Maltese and will develop alongside Miller.

UK producer Jemma Rodgers, whose credits include The Railway Children Return, will also executive produce alongside Frank Miller Ink’s president and CEO Silenn Thomas, whose credits include 300, Sin City and I Killed for Her.
