Why do they never show faces and names of the people who get prosecuted they should be named and shamed. How can we the public stay clear of these fraudsters if we don't know who they are. The programme also spends too much time showing multiple defenders all saying the same thing one person is enough. You could have more cases on if you didn't keep repeating the scenarios multiple times.

There are thousands of fraudsters out there yet you only show a few so if you spent less time interviewing the trading standards staff your programme would be amazing. It's also such a pity our justice system is too lenient on the perpetrators.
