When I was 15 years old I discovered the French cinema (les quatre cents coups of François Truffaut, the classical films of Marcel Carné, the films of Jean-Luc Godard), the Czechoslovaquian cinema (Milos Forman, Jiri Menzel), the Italian realism (Fellini, Vittorio de Sica, Antonioni) and the young directors of my country: Alain Tanner, Michel Soutter, Claude Goretta and Rolf Lyssy.
I enjoy romantic films, but also dramatic, historical, comic films, crime stories of a lot of countries: United States, Canada, Sweden, Germany, Poland, Algeria, Marroco, Mexico, Argentina, Japan , Belgium, Czech Republic Republic, Switzerland, Spain, Italy and France.

A very nice excursion.
I enjoyed very much this excursion through the ILs du Ponant: beautiful landcapes and nice encounters.
There are some interestings aspects of this region: the Islands of the Ponant ( 15 islands and about 16.000 inhabitants, the boat captain Richard and the ferry from Brest to La Molène and Ouessant, the professor Jean-Jacques Salaun and the " Collège du Ponant"- the scolarship in the islands-, the Fête des insulaires" at the island of Groix-Alex de Roquefeuil and the scull rowing competition-) , the coastala paths of Belle-Ile ( the guide Carine Carine Parant and the hiking on the 83 kilometers of paths in the island, the Henri-Pierre and Philippe and the golf course, the jeweler Marine collecting feathers, seeds and shells in the paths), the skippers Franck Cammas and Charles Caudrelier and the Maxi Edmond de Rothchild catamaran (the last generation of the trimarans, the training between the Islands of the Ponant), Ouessant and the island of Molèn ( the beekeepers Romain and Christian and the honey of "bruyère" at Ouesssant, the spinner Isabelle Patard and the the revival of the traditional spinning in Ouessant, Fabienne Bresdin-the great biodiversity of seaweeds and the laboratory for making creams and costmetic-). There are some interesting aspects of this region: the coasts of the Cap Corse ( Thibaud Assante-organizer of the Corsica Classic- and the sailboats navigating around the the Cap Corse-the beautiful landscapes seen from the sailboats-, Sylvain Giudicelli and the restoration of the Hotel Misincu- the integration of the hotel in the environment-, Xavier Calizi and the growing of citron trees- a strong activity at the end of the 19th century, then a decline and now a renewal of this fruit used for jams and candied fruits-), the traveling through the Cap Corse ( the guide Robert and the training of trail runners on the paths of Cap Corse- the medicinal plants "immortelle d'Italie and germandrée ,the new life of abandoned paths-, the rally drivers Yoann and Jean-Luc and the training on a road with many turns, the carpenter Antonio driving slowly through the mountain roads and the looking for olive tree stumps, the making of the furniture with the olive tree wood), the convents of the Cap Corse ( there were about 150 convents in the Cap Corse, but many have been abandoned, nevertheless the Convent of Canari is a new space for lyric singers- the soprano Joanne Deom and the tenor Romain Barboni-, the International competition of lyric singing in Canari, the catholic priest Baudoin Budoin Ardillier and the convent of Corbara, the young people sharing the life of the monks for two weeks, the diving to an underwater cave to see the statue of the Virgin Mary and the underwater mass), the angel guardians of the Cap Corse (the Ostriconi beach and and the firemen in charge of this beach, the care for the environmental protection and for the swimmers, the peloton de gendarmerie de haute montagne and the practice of the rescue with a helicopter in a cliff, the firemen and the permanent surveillance of the forest-the danger of forest fire in the summer-), the Corsican horse ( Bruno Battaglia and Anne-Marie Graziani of the association "U Cavallo Corsicu", the Corsican horse used for the cattle herding, Sébastien Emmanueli speaking about the transhumance of the Corsican horses, the training of this horse breed for long distance horse races) and the superstitions and the rites in Corsica ( Sylvie Casalta-guide of the "Légendines" and the visitors walking through Bastia,the "signadora " Mimi and the "cérémonie de désenvoûtement" for Sylvie-, the fashion designer Brigitte and the creating of amulets for the good luck).
I enjoyed the encounters of Tiga with the rock singer Doria Ousset , with Sébastien de Franco and his "limonella", with Christian Felicelli and the "nitchi" pastries, with Anne Rochi-the Corsican song-, with the submarine photographer Stéphan Le Gallais, with Cécile Castellani and Nicolas Quilici at Tomino, with Paul Saladini at Rogliano, with the fisherman Sébastien Guazzelli and the chef Olivier Alessandrini at Centuri, with the accompagnatrice en montage Eve Schneider , with the brewer Pierre-François Maestracci, the ceramist Julien Truchon and the members of the brotherhood "San Martin de Patrimonio" and the one star Michelin chef Yann Le Scavarec at Sint-Florent: nice encounters with very kind Corsican men and women.
I Love Périgord (2011)
A quiet weekend in the Périgord.
In London Darren and Ludivine have decided to marry and Ludivine asks Darren to spend a week-end in the house of her parents in the Périgord. As soon as Darren announces his decision to marry Ludivine the baron Ademar becomes very angry-my daughter will never marry an Englishman-, but Béa, Ludivine's mother accepts this marriage. So Béa nd Ludivine ask to Darren to make all his efforts to conquest the friendship of the baron Ademar. The begin the tribulations of Darren (the repair of the tractor, the tasting of wine): besides Darren has some doubts about his relationship with Ludivine-the former boyfriend Lionel has reappeared after some years of absence in the village- and thye other side Darren wants to help to Ademar and his family-the sale of the fine wines-. Also Darren has to play a rugby for the Sauvadieu team.
A pleasant comedy with some "clichés" about the French rivalry (the village rivalry between Sauvadieu and Savignac, the " Association of the francophobes anonymes", the Englishmen and the danger to marry a French woman).
I enjoyed the good performances of Bernard Le Coq, Lizzie Bocheré, Charlie Hanson, Thérèse Liotard, Mathieu Delarive, Paul Brrett and Stéphanie Mathieu.
Un père inattendu (1998)
A pleasant comedy.
What does happen when a biological father who has had a lot of problems and and who has given up his son for adoption reappears in the life in the life of his son and the adoptive mother ? A great confusion !! Cécile and her adoptive son have a quiet life, besides Cécile's boyfriend Marc and his children Romain and Sophie have a very good relationship with Cécile and BenjaminThen Francis Haudrant, the biological father of Benjamin, full of remorse, wants to meet his son: a surprise for Cécile ,a quite protective mother, but finally Francis manages to convince her: Francis and Benjamin will spend a moment together and Benjamin enjoys this moment-the judo training, the hamburger, the cinema and the ride in a motorcycle-. But soon there are tensions in the relationship between Cécile and Marc and also between Marc and Benjamin. Then there is a great moment of suspense when Benjamin makes a runaway.
An interesting and pleasant comedy about fatherhood with the good performances of Yves Rénier, Grace de Capitani, Pierre-Quentin Faesch, François-Régis Marchasson, Marie Arnaudy, Marion Game, Maud Rayer and Françoise Armelle.
