Not certain how this movie garnered such a high rating. Bad dialog, terrible acting. Even the sporadic action scenes were... meh.
Wooden acting, predictable plot.
Still waiting for the Baltimore drug lord to make an appearance.
I expected more, and better, from a project with the Tom Clancy name attached.
