Back in Action is a pretty fair action comedy that Cameron Diaz is back from retirement and joining her real life husband Jamie Foxx in a action comedy duo. They make great leads and they are fun to watch.
The plot is nothing new and comes out short. With the two on the run after they are discovered as they disappeared and went into retirement as CIA agents. But this time they have kids with them that they lied to about there previous job.
It has some fun moments. Great cast. Plot is formulaic and okay. It is one of those mindless action comedy that you should not take too serious and enjoy for what it is.
Overall, it is an okay mindless flick that is fun to watch.

Wolf Man is a pretty fair horror film that Leigh Whannell decides to tackle the next Universal horror film after his The Invisible Man.
Plot is grounded about a family heading back to ones fathers cabin to collect his belongings. Only to get stuck there overnight being chased by a wolf man.
It has a great cast ensemble. Sharp performances from the three leads. The wolf man design is creepy looking as the main character transforms into the beast. It may lack some scare jumps moments. And substance in the script in adding some exciting moments. Instead it plays itself safe.
Overall, it was an okay film that is enjoyable just could have been so much more.

Nosferatu is a really good gothic horror film that follows the count haunting a young girl.
The film is very artsy. The performances are great thats lead by Lily Rose Depp. It has a great cast ensemble. The plot is good. The setting and production is great. Count Orlok is intimidating and played great by Bill Skarsgaar.
The film may be slow moving. But it kept your attention glued to the screen from the performances. The direction and setting.
Yes, the film can be weird with what was happening in the third act. Or feeling awkward. It was a sharp engaging film that kept you on the edge.
