This is a kind of a legal romance drama which i would like to avoid at any cost. The creators had a really good concept but the execution is totally flat and simply tedious. There is barely any efforts on screenplay, direction and execution. The show also suffers from bad production quality. Color grading keeps changing every week and fails to build the characters and their world properly. Jennifer Winget is the only actress carrying this show otherwise this is a hot mess. Every character written in a way looks so half baked. Bad writing and unbearable romance between such unlikeable characters makes it even a hard watch. Legal drama is for namesake there's barely any courtroom drama after first week. The show is filled with nonsense conversations and draggy drama which does not add anything to its main plot. I reallt wonder whether this show even has a story or its just empty box. Too disappointed as i really liked the promotional videos.
The show is extremely sensitive from the storyline perspective. A viewer who judges it by the one angle parameter is plain stupid and lack maturity ! Every single person watching this show will understand what is the need to tell this story. This show represents deep, complex and unlikeable to likeable characters who are written in authorbacked mannerism. They are idealistic characters whose morality standards are very high but what happens when destiny challenges their moral grounds and they are forced to perform what they do not want to thats the story. It depicts not only a harsh reality but also how redemption works in you. The show represents a highly realistic modern today's world and challenges you need to fulfill in order to survive and keep your loved ones close to you. Katha is deeply impactful story to those who are about to commit crime, to those who are burning in guilt and also to those who need confidence to raise their voice against the wrong. The show gives an idea of a make believe world where you can actually fall for a person who did wrong to you if that person is genuinely living in the guilt. It shows you two sides of one coin. One side where you see the obvious criminal is always bad and another side where you see that all criminals are not bad. Now, the choice is yours whether to watch this show or not.
