Why don't we develop a culture where employees can do mistakes for learning and growth. You see AI itself is a new technology which is slowly integrating in every aspect of our life. It will take time even for an expert in the respective field to get accustomed. Now imaging for even an engineer, working on tight deadlines for a complicated AI project itself is nerve wrecking, on top of that unnecessary pressure and constant reminder of deadline can deteriorate the overall output and also mental health of the employee. This is why constant friendly communication should always be the way to go👍
