When unexpected “stuff happens,” such as a car crashing through your building, the ability to serve customers comes to a halt. That’s exactly what happened to Jack’s Pizza. Independent retailers survive and thrive on a customer-to-customer basis, and the ability to respond quickly to unexpected problems is critical. As we wrap up our celebration of Independent Retailers Month, we salute the resiliency of Jacks Pizza who was able to overcome this shock to their business. We are equally pleased that the City of Manteca was able to come alongside them and support their repair efforts through funding from our Façade Improvement Grant program. By utilizing our assistance program, Jack’s Pizza was able to perform the necessary repairs and host their grand reopening this past Saturday. Join us in celebrating all of our independent retailers by shopping locally today. WOOT WOOT! 🍕 🥗 🥤 #TeamManteca #supportlocal #MantecaCA #independentretailermonth #economicdevelopment
