We’ve been on the ground in Florida to respond to Hurricane #Milton while continuing to support Hurricane #Helene efforts in North Carolina and several other states. We’re assessing damage, identifying community needs, and providing assistance to help people jumpstart their recovery. This will be a long recovery for many and we are committed to being there every step of the way.

There has been a lot of misinformation about our assistance programs, and we encourage #Helene survivors to continue applying for support from us. Serious Needs Assistance (SNA) is one of many types of assistance we offer. It was designed to reach people quickly to purchase emergency items while we continue to process their application and determine what other assistance, they may be eligible for. ➡️ fema.gov/helene-rumors
