Car insurance can get complicated (and expensive) fast, and finding straightforward answers isn't always easy, as reported by The New York Times this weekend. Parents of newly licensed teen drivers know these challenges well and are getting creative with how they manage rising costs. Some are choosing not to disclose new drivers to insurers at all.
