    We were honored to host the members of our inaugural Council for Digital Well-Being and their chaperones at Snap HQ last month for an in-person summit! The jam-packed few days included breakout sessions, group discussions, mentorship opportunities, guest speakers, and more, uncovering interesting insights on topics such as online pitfalls, parental tools, and digital and in-person social dynamics.     Another week, another amazing Snap event! We hosted our first ever Performance Summit in the UK and I had a lot of fun chatting with Will Wilkie from Oh Polly and Sophie Morgan-Short representing UGG about how they've built performance strategies on Snapchat. Some of the highlights below; 👻 Snapchat is the 2nd top performing channel in the digital media mix (!!) 🚀 Fospha has significantly improved reporting on ROAS and CAC and optimising performance cross-channel and, it has enabled Oh Polly to better optimise spend and scale into the US. 📣 7/0 optimisation has been a key product for UGG to boost last-click attribution performance. 🔁 CAPI and EQS has been key to improving signals which has helped with; campaign optimisation, targeting and reporting. #snapchat #performancestrategies #advertisingtips

    🎉 Celebrating my first Snapversary 👻 Wow, it feels like just yesterday I met the international comms team in London on my first day at Snap. I was excited and nervous at the same time, wondering why I had left my comfort zone. Now I can say that I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful experiences and SO happy to have taken this step. Over the past 12 months, I’ve learned so much and grown in ways I never imagined. Here are a few key takeaways that have stood out to me: 🙌 Trust in yourself and your capabilities: If there’s one thing I’ve realized, it’s the importance of believing in oneself. I’m here for a reason – people believe in me, so why shouldn’t I? Embracing this mindset has empowered me to take on challenges with confidence and has been crucial in my professional growth. 📣 Share your expertise: My knowledge and experience are valuable assets. Sharing insights and contributing to discussions has not only amplified my voice but also enriched our team's collective success. Each perspective adds a unique flavor to the conversation, driving innovation and collaboration. 🔗 Work cross-functionally: Teamwork truly makes the dream work! Communications is not an individualistic discipline but an integral component of a cross-functional strategy that contributes to overarching business objectives.
