Your Thunder renovated 2 Little League fields in Trenton this past season! The F.I.E.L.D. Program supports youth baseball in the Trenton area when members of the Thunder Front Office, along with volunteers from sponsors and local organizations, come together to rebuild a Little League Field in Trenton, NJ. Volunteers remove trash, paint the dugouts and scorer’s booths, rebuild the mound and home plate, and installing a new pitcher’s rubber and home plate. Field work includes weeding and edging of the infield and adding of material to low spots to ensure a safe and flat surface for little league play. Special thanks to Mercer County Improvement Authority, Mercer County Executive Dan Benson, Trenton Mayor Reed Gusciora, Isles, Inc., radius180 • Managed IT Solutions & Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey for all your hard work! #Baseball #MinorLeagueBaseball #CommunityService #Volunteer #GivingBack #Nonprofit #YouthDevelopment #TrentonThunder #TrentonNJ #LittleLeague #YouthBaseball
