At THA, one of our main priorities with new developments is to continue to improve the lives and homes of our residents. While old developments are slowly being replaced with new ones, we take care to ensure all our residents are moved into safe, temporary living spaces until their new units are ready for move-in. For our Choice Neighborhoods projects – River West and 36N – case management continues throughout relocation to ensure continuity of services. At River West, 92% of original residents chose to return once the development was completed!

On this Veterans Day we take time to honor the many sacrifices of our nation's veterans, as well as the families and loved ones of all who have served.

Consider this myth debunked! Did you know that over half of the residents we serve are seniors or individuals with disabilities who rely on SSI, Social Security, or pensions as their primary source of income? While some of our residents are able to work, many face challenges that prevent them from doing so. We are proud to support those in need by providing safe, stable housing and helping them meet their basic needs.
