🚨 At least 135,400 people have been forced to flee their homes in Aj Jazirah State in #Sudan due to a recent wave of violence and armed attacks. Families are enduring immense hardships, with many seeking safety in increasingly overcrowded and resource-strained areas. Adding to the crisis, a suspected cholera outbreak has been reported, further threatening the health and well-being of already vulnerable people. Despite challenges, humanitarian partners continue to deliver life-saving assistance to those affected, including water, sanitation, health care and emergency supplies. However, urgent support is needed to scale up these efforts and prevent further suffering. More updates on the humanitarian response and needs in the country ⬇️ https://bit.ly/4hNgoAe

These atrocities must end, ICJ measures implemented, and perpetrators held to account."
