WhatFix, a San Jose-based digital adoption platform co-founded by CEO Khadim Batti and Vara Kumar in 2013, recently raised $125 million in a Series E round led by Warburg Pincus, with participation from SoftBank’s Vision Fund 2. The round brings WhatFix’s valuation to around $900 million, a 50% increase since its last raise. WhatFix provides on-screen guides for over 750 applications, helping users navigate software in real-time. The company serves over 700 clients, including Microsoft and Shell, and has raised a total of $280 million to date, with plans for expansion and acquisitions. M2P Fintech, a leading API infrastructure platform, has raised ₹850 crore ($101.8 million) in its Series D funding round, led by Helios Investment Partners. The investment includes $70 million in primary funding and secondary transactions, boosting the company’s valuation to ₹6,550 crore ($790 million). This funding will support M2P’s growth in India and accelerate its expansion into global markets, especially Africa, where digital financial services are on the rise. India-based crypto exchange company CoinDCX has acquired the UAE-based virtual assets trading platform BitOasis, for an undisclosed value. The acquisition marks CoinDCX debut in the MENA region. Founded in 2016 by Ola Doudin, BitOasis is MENA’s first and largest crypto asset exchange. It is available in 15 countries across the region, allowing its users to buy, hold and sell 60+ cryptocurrencies. Meanwhile, CoinDCX, founded in 2018, is a crypto exchange in India that provides 15 million users easy access to Web3 experiences and democratizes investments in virtual digital assets.
