“I had the pleasure of both hiring and working with Jeff for over a year at Steelwedge Software. Jeff came to us as an experienced supply chain S&OP solution architect. Jeff quickly ramped up on the Steelwedge solution and project deployment methodology. There were three main areas that stood out for me when hiring and working with Jeff. His customer focus (Dow was Jeff’s main account), teamwork across the global Steelwedge team (US and India) as well as partners such as Accenture, and his business process problem solving skills. Steelwedge is very much a global company with more than 2/3 of the product, R&D, deployment and support team members being in India. This required Jeff to work across many time zones to collaborate on a daily basis with these teams for successful solution delivery and support.
