PAVE is a sexual assault and domestic violence prevention and awareness organization. The UW-Madison chapter was dedicated to promoting education and awareness to University of Wisconsin students.

As Data & Services Coordinator, I collected and analyzed data and information to assess the effectiveness of our service to students. Additionally, I assisted with volunteer management, event planning, hiring and the everyday management of the organization alongside a staff of eight.

As the Volunteer Coordinator, I planned Project Grow's activities with children in the community and managed the volunteers who participated in them. I was responsible, alongside the program director, for ensuring we worked within our annual budget and met the service goals set forth by Americorps.

I ran a food drive for our Hunger & Homelessness campaign and volunteered with campaigns to advocate for funding for regional transportation, environmental responsibility and affordable education.
