In this role, you'll have a unique opportunity to make a real impact as part of our growing analytics team. We're a small team, which means you'll have the chance to collaborate closely with the Director of Analytics to help shape the direction of our data strategy. We're looking for someone with experience who's excited to bring their insights and recommendations to the table—not just to perform tasks, but to help us improve how we work and make better decisions as a company.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in Power BI (or similar platforms), SQL, and Python for managing data connections and transformations. You'll be creating impactful reports and building scalable solutions that will drive data-informed decisions across the business.

This role is 100% remote, but candidates must be based in California. Currently, Stingray Direct is unable to provide sponsorship for an H-1B visa.

    • Provide insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall customer experience
  • Strategic Planning and Collaboration:
    • Work with management to identify opportunities for data optimization and contribute to strategic planning
    • Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure data needs are met and insights are actionable
  • Project Management:
    • Manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
    • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
