Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for a rockstar Event Producer to manage events from start to finish. You’ll be creating decks, reaching out to vendors, working on production timelines, crafting to-scale floor plans, and managing production schedules. We need someone who’s experienced, detail-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a startup environment.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Event Production:
Plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Develop and present creative and professional decks for client pitches and presentations.
Create detailed production timelines and schedules to keep everyone on track.
Vendor Coordination:
Reach out to vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure high-quality services and products.
Coordinate arrival and departure times, and collect invoices from vendors.
Logistics & Production:
Create to-scale floor plans and manage the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
Ensure all teams have the necessary documents and updates to meet deadlines.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the internal team to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Be flexible and willing to wear multiple hats in a startup setting.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Event Producer or similar role.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in event planning software and tools.
Excellent communication skills – you’ll be the bridge between our creative minds and our clients!
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay cool under pressure.
Must bring kindness like it's a superpower, a can-do attitude that laughs in the face of "impossible," and be an all-around good human (because life’s too short for anything less).
