We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Corporate Finance to drive visibility and efficiency into our global cost structure.

The Manager will work across the Brands and Corporate to drive cost optimization across the company’s brand and group functions. Reporting directly to the Director, Corporate Finance, this role will play a pivotal part in providing strategic financial insights on global costs and driving operational efficiency. Specific responsibilities may include

  • Develop global framework for analyzing and tracking SG&A trends across the group.
  • Deliver period-end and ad-hoc global cost analysis to create transparency on global costs, providing insights to brands, regions, and group functions.
  • Identify cost drivers and opportunities for efficiency and support implementation of cost control measures, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure saving strategies and actions.
  • Track progress against financial goals and benchmarks, through regular monitoring and reporting on performance, identifying variances & providing explanations for significant deviations, recommending corrective action plans.
  • Monitor SG&A development in budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure alignment with strategic growth plans.
  • Support continuous improvement in Finance processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Treasury, IR, Corporate Strategy, and Brands to ensure alignment of financial plans and objectives.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for executive management and the Board of Directors, highlighting financial performance, trends, and key insights.


This role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. We are seeking a candidate with 8+ years of progressive experience in finance. Experience in management consulting is a plus. Other qualifications include

  • Proven track record of partnering with senior executives to drive strategic decision-making and business performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to drive and influence transformation and change initiatives within a complex organization, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to foster buy-in and collaboration across functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, financial modeling and forecasting approaches.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning software; experience with SAP ERP systems and Oracle Planning a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
