Mechanical Design Engineer

JOB SUMMARY FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER:

• This position is in support of $10M in external Company growth in the OEM Undercarriage area.
• This role is key for OEM Solutions external growth targets and is aligned to our strategy which has doubled our sales twice since 2018 from $75M total sales to nearly $350M in sales last year.
• Pay range $45-$61 depending on experience and benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER:

• Typical tasks will be creating design concepts for Undercarriage Arrangements, leading design reviews and then completing the releasing and detailing.
• Fast paced small team environments with close interaction with the OEM’s

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER:

• BSME, AG and/or 10 years relevant experience

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER:

• Client design, detailing & releasing experience
• Creo / Solid modeling experience
• Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings, 1E Specifications, and GD&T.
• Undercarriage Design Experience
• Structures Design Experience
• Hydraulics Experience
• Emphasis on initiative and self-starting tasks
• Willingness to work with Global Customers, Suppliers, and Process Partners
• Mechanical aptitude, and the ability troubleshoot Hydraulic, Structure and Mechanical systems
• Strong analytical skills
