A prestigious real estate investment firm is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to maintain and update financial models. You will report directly to the CIO and Director of Portfolio Management.
Responsibilities:
A prestigious real estate investment firm is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to maintain and update financial models. You will report directly to the CIO and Director of Portfolio Management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain projection models for real estate assets
- Coordinate and analyze third-party appraisal reports on a quarterly basis
- Collaborate with internal groups to analyze market data
- Utilize various methods to ensure accurate property valuations
- Update models with tenant lease details and financial statements from Yardi
- Monitor and validate model projections
- Create and present quarterly asset reviews and variance analyses
- Research historical and future real estate market trends
- Create meaningful presentation materials for clients
- Support ad hoc projects
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1-3 years of experience with a focus on financial modeling
- Proficiency in Excel, Argus, and Yardi preferred
- Knowledge of real estate documentation preferred
- Real estate valuation or appraisal experience preferred
