The role:


As a Real Estate Business Development Associate at Haus, you will be on the front lines of growing our portfolio of luxury, mid-term rentals by sourcing leads, setting up meetings, and building relationships with developers, property managers, and investors.

Your primary responsibility will be to grow Haus’ footprint by identifying and qualifying opportunities that align with our specifications for luxury, furnished medium-term rentals.

In this role, you’ll focus on outreach, pipeline management, and building strong relationships to bring new partners into the Haus network. What you’ll do:


  • Proactively research and identify potential multifamily and residential real estate owners for us to engage.
  • Source leads through outreach efforts, networking, and market research, and qualify them based on our criteria.
  • Reach out to potential partners via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce Haus and communicate our value proposition.
  • Set up and facilitate meetings with property owners, developers, and managers to discuss partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute outreach strategies and prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Pitch Haus’ value proposition, emphasizing the benefits of partnering with us to maximize asset income through our luxury, furnished rental model.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and updated in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the team on deal structuring and negotiations to convert leads into signed agreements.
  • Contribute to the growth of our NYC portfolio by consistently identifying and securing new opportunities.


Who we’re looking for:


  • You are scrappy, hungry, and an eager learner & closer.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role; real estate experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships.
  • A results-oriented, proactive mindset with a hunger to succeed.
  • Comfort with cold outreach, pitching, and presenting to potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
  • Knowledge of the NYC multifamily or commercial real estate market is a bonus but not required.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Based in the NYC metro area.
